When you purchase a licence, you are purchasing the right to use the image according to the specific terms of your chosen licence type. You do not acquire ownership of the image or the underlying copyright.

1. Editorial Use Licence
 

Permitted Uses:

• News articles and sports journalism

• Educational materials and presentations

• Documentary features

• Blog posts discussing the event or sport

• Magazine features (print and digital)

• Books with editorial or documentary focus

NOT Permitted:

• Advertising or promotional campaigns

• Product packaging or merchandise

• Marketing materials suggesting endorsement

• Any use implying the brands or individuals endorse a product or service
  
   

2. Personal Use Licence
 

Permitted Uses:

• Personal prints for home display

• Personal digital wallpapers and screensavers

• Gifts for family and friends (not for resale)

• Personal social media sharing with photo credit

NOT Permitted:

• Any commercial or business use

• Resale or redistribution

• Use in any revenue-generating context
  
   

3. Extended/Commercial Licence (Limited Availability)
 

Some images may be available for commercial licensing where appropriate releases and permissions have been obtained. Please contact us directly to discuss commercial licensing requirements. Additional fees and documentation (such as model releases or brand permissions) may be required.

All licensed uses require attribution to Scope U Photography.
